Terms & Conditions

Payment – Major credit cards and debit cards are accepted and processed through PayPal. Payment may also be made through your PayPal account.

No CODs.

No Checks.

Cancellation – Orders may only be cancelled prior to shipment. Notification of cancellation must be in writing by email to: Models11@msn.com.

Returns – All items are shipped in new condition (any exception to this rule will be disclosed in advance). Returns are only accepted with prior written authorization (RMA Number must be written on outside of package) and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Return shipment is paid by the buyer.  A Return Merchandise Authorization Number must be obtained prior to returning items.  Returns without RMA number will not be accepted.  All items returned must be in new condition, unopened, undamaged, and unused.  If item is damaged due to abuse or misuse Models11 reserves the right to refuse the returned item.

Shipping Damage: If an item is damaged in shipment, please keep the outside shipping box or envelope along with any packing materials and notify us within 3 days of receipt of the item.
