Ordering Online

Models11 uses an online shopping cart for customers to purchase products. In order to send your purchases, we collect your contact and shipping information (see additional information below).

Financial information (credit card number) is sent directly from our website to PayPal. We do not collect or have access to the credit card information.

Personal Information:

Models11 does not share/sell/ trade personal information with any site or organization.  We do not collect information for statistical or evaluation purposes.

We do provide the required information (Name, Address, and Telephone number) to shipping companies in order to be able to ship the merchandise to you.

Credit cards are charged at time of shipping.  We do not bill credit cards in advance.

Order Processing Information Order Processing:  1-4 Business Days.

• Small Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS.
• Large orders are shipped via UPS or truck freight.
• Orders are shipped “Prepaid”, “Shipping and Handling” Charges are added to the Invoice.

International orders are shipped via International Economy shipping unless specified by the customer. We can ship Internationally by Post, DHL, UPS, FedEx, Airfreight, or any recognized method of International Shipping.
